Firstly, I’m not posting this to make you feel worse about your lives, Kay??
I *know* none of us are getting enough sleep, and the last thing we need is to add guilt or shame to the list of why we aren’t getting enough sleep!
But i do think there is a place for knowledge – it’s power, right!? And when you know what goes on in the brain when you sleep? And HOW to help you and your family become more ‘sleep ready’, you may have a few shifts and you MAY just find it all a little less overwhelming.
