I recently had a Mum ask for advice on how she could help quieten her daughter’s mind before bed. So I put together this vid and wanted to share it with all of you.
You’ll find these steps easy to implement and super effective if you remember to use them!
And (sozz, spoiler alert!) but the last one is my all time fave – nothing good ever comes from being anxious about being anxious.
So if your child finds they have trouble getting to sleep or waking during the night, try to keep your own cool as best you can – this may just keep them from worrying about worrying which, in itself, is enormous. xxx
