Dear Mums and Dads,
We all know this whole ‘getting the kids ready and out the door on time’ thing is potentially the hardest part of our day! Every day. Day. After day. After day…
So I’ve put together a tiny piece of my 2016 Award Winning workshop Brains = Behaviours, which is touring Aus right now by the way, and I really want you to have it.
The thing is, I know the 3 step secret to solving this issue, and (as much as I WISH I could patent the process and use it to get rich) unfortunately it’s just a mix of psychology and neuroscience, which means it’s open slather to anyone who has access to it!
So on that note, here it is…
Make sure you keep scrolling after you’re done because there’s more!
Soooo! Lightbulb moments galore, right!? Step 1 is the biggie for me, it gets me every time.
Especially because it always reminds me that I HAVE THE POWER HERE – not the kids! I’m the one that can navigate this process and be the change maker for my little ones and our family!
Don’t get me wrong, this process takes commitment and perseverance, advancements may be small and slow, and you’ll want to chuck it all in after day 1, but if you stick at it, you WILL get there!!
Especially when you print out this poster I’ve attached below, making sure you put it up in the room you’re usually in when you all start to lose your sh..!
And finally, as promised, here’s the download to one of my own recordings. This was especially designed so that just playing this, even when you’re not taking any real notice of it, helps to create calm, SERIOUSLY! But you’ll also find it a creative little tool for games, meditation, chanting, singing, relaxing AND as a handy little 5 minute timer!
I know you’ve loved this free little package I’ve just thrown your way. But this is just one tiny part of the 2016 Award Winning, 2 day, Brains = Behaviours workshop which is currently touring Australia.
Brains = Behaviours teaches you how to help your child:
* reduce anxiety
* reduce sensory overload
* reduce social angst
* prevent meltdowns
* improve emotional control
* increase attention and focus
* increase self esteem
* enhance mood
No parent needs to live in a state of constant overwhelm, exhaustion, confusion, anxiety and fear, especially when there are SIMPLE and manageable ways to support your child so that the difficult behaviours just stop. It really can be this simple!
So that’s all from me for now, I can not wait to meet at one of the workshops!
Much love, Alli xxx
