Achieving calm is simpler than it may first appear. I mean, it’s not always easy, but the processes involved in experiencing calm are, quite literally, simple!
So I’m going to dish my ‘DIY Calm’ series to you in episodes. And the first instalment, for many of us, is hands down the *least* calm part of our day!
We all know this whole ‘getting the kids ready and out the door on time’ thing really sux.
The thing is, I know the 3 step secret to solving this issue, and (as much as I WISH I could patent the process and use it to get rich) unfortunately it’s just a mix of psychology and neuroscience, which means it’s open slather to anyone who has access to it!
