What is vibrational therapy?

Sound vibrations are one of the oldest mediums for healing in the world. Sound provides a vital source of energy and is a huge contributor to one's state of mind.

The human body is a bio-electrical system which creates vibrations (energy) and audible sound waves (sound) respond to the bodily organs that have the same vibrations or frequency levels. Specific sounds also correlate directly with the major energy centres in our bodies, immediately creating a balance of physical, mental and emotional energies.

By focusing on specific, musical sounds rather than random noises of daily living our bodies experience harmony and order rather than dissonance.

This balance is vital in avoiding disease or deficiency.

As our bodies are resonators themselves we respond to all vibrations or energy, both positive and negative. For this reason it is important that we learn to use positive sounds to develop and maintain a healthy well-being and prevent negative vibrations from permeating our energy fields.

Therefore by correctly using specific vocal and instrumental sounds we help to produce an emotional and physical state of calm, health and happiness.
